Greg Williams has been playing drums and percussion for more than 40 years.
Greg regards musical versatility highly. Originally trained as a jazz drummer and now pursuing his interests in blues, Greg’s musical interests today are diverse. He enjoys playing and teaching in a wide range of styles, including blues, soul, funk, latin, jazz, rock, metal, country and a little bit of punk when the occasion calls for it.
Greg is actively involved with several bands and musical events. He thoroughly enjoys contributing to the groove and sound that bands play. He does this mainly with the drum kit, but also uses other percussion instruments, such as cohun, conga, bongo.
Greg teaches all music styles and genre. He can accommodate your drumming aspirations, whether you want to play drums in a rock band or a jazz orchestra.
